What you'll learn
Over 15 weeks, you'll master essential competencies that organizations worldwide are seeking in gender specialists:
- Gender mainstreaming

- Ethics in gender programming
- How to communicate your findings
After GenderPro, you’ll be equipped to:
- Be the gender focal point for an organisation or project
- Design, manage and evaluate programmes with a gender equity focus
- Build your team’s capacity with global best practices for gender mainstreaming in programming and beyond
"I’ve just completed the Gender Pro course and I’m very satisfied and happy I did so. I would encourage all my development partners and colleagues to, in fact, strengthen their gender skills in programming. I do believe that we will not be able as a collective community to achieve any of our SDGs by 2030 if we do not properly address gender inequality, unequal gender and power dynamics, and social norms. So I think it is very much applicable to all sectors in the development areas and I encourage all my colleagues to sharpen their skills and be bold about it."
